For over 35 years, Mike Hillesheim, President, Creek Hill Custom Homes, has demonstrated a passion for custom home construction that has culminated in his finest and most detailed homes to date, Creek Hill Custom Homes. Mike originally developed his custom home building company from his own framing business. His hands-on knowledge and approach to the process has always ensured that the level of detail and quality surpass the highest standards. As evidence, Creek Hill Custom Homes has been awarded 2010 Builder of the Year Runner-Up, multiple Trillium Awards, and a Reggie Award by the Builders Association of the Twin Cities (BATC). For over two decades, Creek Hill Custom Homes has always had impeccable models open to the public in both the Fall and Spring Parade of Homes showcasing homes in several price ranges, multiple cities, and in a variety of styles. Our well-designed floor-plans range from 2500 finished square feet to upwards of 6000 finished square feet, featuring bonus rooms, sport courts and four season rooms. Loyal clients visit our model homes each season to witness firsthand our evolving designs and ideas. We are proud to say we have a repeat client list, where we have built two, even three, custom homes for clients.
